Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you (the "User") and RutaPro Labs S.A.P.I. de C.V. ("RutaPro", "we", or "the Company"), a subsidiary of GRUPO FERNSBY S.A. DE C.V..

By accessing the RutaPro mobile application, the website https://rutapro.app, or any of our digital services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any provision, you must refrain from using the application and associated services.

RutaPro is a support tool for independent drivers operating on mobility platforms such as Uber and DiDi. The application offers, among other features:

To use RutaPro you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction.

You must be an active or aspiring driver on a recognized mobility platform and comply with all laws, regulations, and policies of that platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and any credentials associated with your RutaPro account, if applicable.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use RutaPro in accordance with these Terms. The following is strictly prohibited:

RutaPro may offer a 14-day free trial period, subject to availability in your region. After the trial, access to premium features may require a paid subscription.

Prices, plans, and payment methods are displayed in the application or in app stores (App Store, Google Play) before confirming purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in advance through the corresponding app store. We do not issue refunds for unused partial periods unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices and plans with reasonable prior notice through the app or by email.

All intellectual property rights in RutaPro —including software, design, logos, trademarks, text, and documentation— belong to RutaPro Labs S.A.P.I. de C.V. or its licensors.

Use of the application does not grant you any ownership rights over the software or RutaPro brand elements. For information on using our visual identity, see the Brand Manual available on this site.

Data you voluntarily enter in the app (financial records, notes, settings) belongs to you. RutaPro does not claim ownership of your personally entered information.

RutaPro is provided «as is» and «as available». We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that profitability calculations will be 100% accurate in all cases.

Profitability recommendations are advisory. The decision to accept or decline a trip is solely yours. RutaPro is not liable for economic losses, fines, mobility platform sanctions, or incidents arising from your decisions as a driver.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RutaPro's total liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to RutaPro in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The processing of your personal data is governed by our Security Policy, available in the Security section of this site. We recommend reading it to understand how we protect your information.

RutaPro processes profitability data locally on your device. We do not sell or commercialize drivers' personal data.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will publish the current version on this page and indicate the last updated date. Continued use of the app after changes implies your acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to RutaPro if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or for operational reasons, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

You may stop using RutaPro at any time by uninstalling the application and cancelling your subscription in the corresponding store.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or performance shall be submitted to the competent courts of Ciudad de México, México, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.

RutaPro Labs S.A.P.I. de C.V. operates from México and provides services to drivers across Latin America and the United States. If you use RutaPro from another country, you acknowledge that the service provider is the Mexican entity identified in this document.
